The Problem: A crypto fund needed a unified platform where traders could monitor live token launches, execute snipes, and track portfolio performance across Solana and EVM chains — without switching between 6 different tools.
What I Built: A full trading command centre with live Pump.fun data streaming via WebSocket, wallet-first authentication (no email/KYC), gamified leaderboards, a referral system that pays in platform credits, and tiered access via Stripe subscriptions or redeemable access codes (K187-XXXX format). Users connect any Solana or EVM wallet and are trading within seconds.
Result: Platform live 24/7 with active subscribers. Sub-200ms data feeds. Zero-downtime deployment across 6 PM2 processes.
The Problem: Running 8+ trading bots across different exchanges and chains meant no single view of what was profitable, what was failing, and where capital was allocated. Logs were scattered across terminals.
